You can reassign the lead resident from the dashboard as long as there is more than one resident on a stay. The lead resident is responsible for uploading the details and documents on behalf of everyone on the application by default, unless the 'individual paperwork' option has been enabled on your portfolio and the lead resident has chosen the option for everyone to upload their own details and documents for referencing in the offer form. Follow the steps below to reassign the lead resident from your dashboard.
- Go to the Applications tab
- Select a stay, filtering by property or resident
- Click Actions
- Click Reassign lead resident from the drop-down menu
- Select a resident and click Save changes
When you've selected a new lead resident, they'll receive an email notifying them of the change and they'll be invited to create an account. After they've set a password, they can log into their application to upload details and documents for referencing.
