If the 'individual paperwork' option for applicants has been enabled on your portfolio, you can see who is responsible for uploading details and documents for referencing after you've reviewed and approved an offer. If the option has not been enabled on your portfolio, the lead resident will always be responsible for uploading the details and documents for everyone on the application by default.
With the 'individual paperwork' option enabled, the lead resident is able to choose who will be responsible for uploading details and documents for referencing after the offer has been approved. They can select one of two options in the offer form, either:
- I'll upload everyone's details and documents - (The lead resident will need to collect, upload, and submit everyone's details and documents for referencing), or
- I want each person to provide their own - (Everyone on the application will need to upload their own details and documents for referencing. The lead resident is responsible for submitting the application as a whole).
Follow the steps below to find out who is responsible for uploading details and documents for referencing from your dashboard.
- Go to the Applications tab on your dashboard and click on Approved offers
- Select a stay, filtering by property or resident
- Click on the Referencing tab, locate the first task card, 'Submit paperwork for referencing', and click View progress to see who is responsible for uploading details and documents for referencing. Please note that the lead resident is always responsible for submitting the application as a whole, even if they selected the option for everyone to upload their own details and documents for referencing in the offer form
When the residents and guarantors have accepted the email invitation to upload their details and documents for referencing, you can then monitor which sections have been completed from the 'Submit paperwork for referencing' task card.
