Yes, you can collect the holding deposit off Residently. The option for collecting the holding deposit off-product can be selected at Offer stage if you're submitting the offer from your dashboard.
If this option is selected, you will need to provide applicants with your bank account details and collect the holding deposit separately. At the Payments stage of the application process, the holding deposit will be debited from the final balance of the applicants' move-in monies.
