When applicants accept the email invitation to upload details and documents for referencing, they'll be taken to a login page to complete the main application. They need to log in with their email address to get started. They need to complete all four sections in the application before they can submit: Basics, Identity, Addresses and Finances. The lead resident is always responsible for submitting the application as a whole. Please find a general overview of the application below.

Identity
- Date of birth
- ID
- Right to rent details
Addresses
- 3 years' address history
- Accommodation status
- Landlord contact details (for landlord reference)
Finances
- Main source of income
- Employment details and documents
- Employment referee contact details (for employment reference)
- Additional income details and documents
- Adverse financials
