Follow the steps below to reschedule or cancel a viewing.
- Click on the Find tab on your dashboard and select Leads from the submenu
- Select a lead with a requested or booked viewing from the leads list by using the Status filter at the top of the page. Then, select a lead and click Manage viewing for a viewing on the lead card
To reschedule a viewing, click Reschedule, edit the date and time, then click Save changes.
To cancel a viewing, click Cancel, then select who cancelled the viewing and a reason for cancellation. Write a cancellation message for the applicant, and then click Cancel viewing.
