- Click on the Find tab on your dashboard and select Leads from the submenu
- Click the filter icon in the top left-hand corner of the page, then click Pre-qualification and select one of the three options from the drop-down menu: Not completed, Passed or Failed.
Each lead card in the list displays an overall pre-qualification result for a lead when they complete the pre-qualification enquiry form. The result is calculated from the answers provided by the lead in the pre-qual form they fill in. Leads are assigned one of three pre-qualification statuses: Not completed, Passed or Failed.
A lead's responses to the answers from the enquiry form are displayed on your dashboard for you to view, alongside their overall pre-qualification result and the property's pre-qualification thresholds.
