Follow the steps below to reassign an offer to a different property from your dashboard.
- Go to the Applications tab and select a stay
- Click the Actions button above the join tracker
- Click Reassign property from the drop-down menu
- Select a property to reassign the offer to, searching by postcode or address. Please note that if you are making this change after the applicants have submitted paperwork, you will need to contact Let Alliance to inform them of the change in property address and ask them to amend the referencing reports if they have already been generated. - Click Confirm to reassign the offer to the property you've selected
