All self-employed applicants must provide:
- the latest year's tax return (and/or SA302)
Self-employed applicants are asked for the following accountant referee details:
- Accountant name
- Company name
- Company address
- Accountant's email address
- Accountant's phone number
If their accountant's email address is not accepted, they need to enter blank@blank.com to bypass the system.
If they don't have an accountant, they need to submit their own details in the fields below in order to proceed with the application:
- Accountant name: your full name
- Company name: your full name
- Company address: your current address
- Accountant's email: novalidaccountantemailaddressprovided@blank.com (to bypass the system)
- Accountant's phone number: your mobile number
