If you can't see an offer on your dashboard and you're unable to approve it, this is because the applicant hasn't completed the offer form yet. While the agent may have submitted the initial offer, the applicant likely hasn't submitted their offer yet. Click Resend offer invite to remind the applicant to complete their offer, or chase them directly by phone or email. Please read this article for details.
