Follow the steps below to reassign an application to a different property from your dashboard.
- Go to the Applications tab and select a stay
- Click the Actions button above the join tracker
- Click Reassign property from the drop-down menu
- Select a property to reassign the application to, searching by postcode or address. Please note that if you are making this change after the applicants have submitted paperwork, you will need to log into the Let Alliance Vision Plus portal to change the tenancy details on the referencing reports. Please read this article for guidance on how to log into the portal
- Click Confirm to reassign the application to the property you've selected
If you reassign an application to a different property that already has an ongoing application or is an active stay already, this will not impact any of the other applications or cause any technical problems.
