Leads are automatically invited to submit an offer one hour after attending a viewing, which removes the step of gathering their information off-product via email or via a separate offer form.
When a lead has attended a viewing, they'll receive an automated email invitation one hour later. The email presents them with the option to submit an offer if they're interested in the property and would like to proceed with an application.
If the lead didn't show up to a viewing, you can stop the offer intent email from being sent automatically. Follow the steps below to manage a lead in this scenario from your dashboard.
- Go to the Leads tab and select a lead card, filtering by property, lead name, or status
- Click Manage viewing and select Set to 'Viewing no show' from the drop-down menu on a viewing task card. This will mark the viewing as a no-show. You'll be prompted to close the lead too if you wish. Click Set lead to closed if you wish to proceed in this way
