Applicants can track their referencing progress from the Residently app. If applicants receive any messages from Let Alliance during the referencing process requesting further information, they should share additional details and documents with Let Alliance via the Support facility in the app.
During referencing, the app displays all of the required checks carried out by Let Alliance and whether each check is complete or outstanding. The same information is displayed on the referencing progress task card on your dashboard. Progress is updated on both platforms concurrently and in real time as Let Alliance work through the tasks.
If residents want any extra detail on their referencing progress, or they wish to query any requests for further information from Let Alliance, they can simply tap a contact option on the contact card to send a message or call Let Alliance directly. Alternatively, for detailed updates on specific checks, they can go to Support > Create new message > Referencing > Referencing update.
Applicants can speed up referencing by chasing their referees and by sharing any additional details and documents requested by Let Alliance promptly via the Support facility in the app.
When Let Alliance have completed all the checks, and once you've reviewed and approved the final referencing reports on the dashboard, the referencing stage will be marked as complete on your dashboard and in the Residently app.
