Residents can view referencing progress in the Residently app. They also have access to the Support facility from which they can request changes to their tenancy, query upfront payments, share additional documents with Let Alliance, and more.
When referencing is in progress, the app displays all the required checks carried out by Let Alliance and whether each check is complete or outstanding. Progress is updated in real time as Let Alliance work through the tasks.
If residents want any extra detail on their referencing progress, or they wish to query any requests for additional details and documents from Let Alliance, they can just tap a contact option on the contact card to message or call Let Alliance directly.
Alternatively, they can go to Support > Create new message > Referencing > Referencing update.
To speed up referencing, residents can get ahead by chasing their referees and sharing any additional details and documents requested by Let Alliance via the Support facility in the app.
When Let Alliance have completed all the checks, and once you have reviewed and approved the final referencing reports on the dashboard, the referencing stage will be marked as complete for residents in the app.
