If the guarantor hasn't received the email invitation to upload details and documents for referencing, please check on the dashboard to see if their email address has been entered correctly. You can correct their email address if required, and then resend the email invitation from your dashboard. Please read this article for details.

If the lead resident is responsible for uploading everyone's details and documents, all the residents and guarantors on the application will need to share their information with the lead resident.
Please check to see if the guarantor has been archived as a user on the application. Go to the Stays tab on your dashboard to find the stay, click View stay details and then go to the People tab. You will need to reinstate the guarantor if they've been archived. Please read this article for details.
