How do I change the monthly rent amount and rent share for residents and guarantors?

You can change the monthly rent amount and rent share for residents and guarantors from the Let Alliance portal. Follow the steps below to change the rent share.

1. Log into the Let Alliance portal following the instructions in this article
2. Enter the property address into the search bar and open the file
3. Click the three dots on the 'Summary' card
4. Click Edit Tenancy to change the monthly rent amount; you may need to change the estimated move-in date if the existing date has passed
5. Once you've done this, click Change Rent Shares to change the rent shares for the residents and guarantors
