Please note that currently only residents whose properties are managed by Touchstone can make payments for rent and other charges within the Residently app. If a resident's property is managed by a property manager that isn't Touchstone, they will need to make payments for rent and other charges according to the instructions detailed in the tenancy agreement.
Residents can make payments in the app by following the steps below:
- Click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard on your 'Home' screen
- Select Billing from the menu. Toggle between Upcoming and Past to view future payments and their due dates or previous payments respectively
- To make a payment, select Upcoming and click on the payment you wish to make. Enter the amount you wish to pay and then tap Next to enter your payment details. You can pay with a debit card or via Google Pay
Residents can make partial as well as full payments for upcoming rent and other charges. This means that instead of having to pay charges in full each time, they can clear arrears in instalments and split payments with others if they're sharing rent and other charges.
