Follow the steps below to decline, delete or cancel an application from your dashboard.
- Go to the Applications tab and select a stay
- Click Actions > Decline application
- Select a reason for declining the stay from the options presented to you in the drop-down menu. Then, write a message to the resident explaining why you've declined the application. Once you've done this, click Decline stay
You can view a list of declined applications from the Applications tab. Declined stays cannot be progressed any further. Go to the Applications tab and then click the Declined option to view all the declined joins. From here, you can also reinstate a stay by selecting a stay and then clicking Reinstate stay.
