If you cannot generate a contract because you're getting an error message, there may be an issue with one of the compliance certificates for that property or the additional documents that you've uploaded to the contract. Please review each certificate and each additional document you upload to ensure that it's in a valid format such as PDF, it's password-less (i.e. a key or password isn't required to view the file), and that it contains no other obscure elements such as MP4 files or GIFs.
Please make sure that you have selected the correct options for the break clause, parking, pet form, guarantors, and all the other options that have been added to the contract template.
