Applicants must share any additional details and documents directly with Let Alliance via the Residently app once they've submitted their main referencing application. If applicants have been asked by the referencing team to provide further information, they will need to follow the steps below.
Open the Residently app and go to Support > Create new message > Referencing, then select the most relevant option from the list below:
- Right to rent or identity
- Previous address history
- Change referee contact details
- Share additional documents
- Referencing update
- Discuss reference with Residently
Select Share additional documents to share bank statements, payslips, tax returns, employment contracts, tenancy agreements, pension statements, benefit statements and any other documents as requested by Let Alliance.
Applicants who need to share right to rent or identity documents should select the relevant option from the menu. Likewise, applicants needing to supply further information about their address history or change their employment referee contact details will need to select the appropriate option from the menu.
Applicants should upload their documents in a compatible format, such as PDF, JPEG, .doc or docx. ZIP files and other formats such as '.csv' are not recommended.
