When applicants complete the offer form, they're asked to provide their total gross annual income amount. As such, they need to input their combined annual income from all jobs or income sources they may have. If they have more than one job, they'll need to select the employment type that is stated in their employment contract for the job that provides their main source of income.
Once the offer is approved, all applicants on the stay will be asked to provide specific details for each employment type and income source when they complete their paperwork for referencing.
If the applicants haven't entered their total income amount in the offer form and have only entered the amount for one income source, e.g. their main job, you can either choose to accept the offer or decline the offer and then invite the applicant to submit a new offer so that they can enter their total annual income. Submitted offer forms cannot be edited, so you would need to start a new offer from scratch. If you accept the offer, the applicant will be able to add details and documents for multiple income sources to their main referencing application and this information will be sent to Let Alliance. The information in the offer form is not shared with Let Alliance.
