The offer invitation email may have landed in the applicant's spam or junk folder, so please ask them to check that inbox. If the applicant confirms they haven't received the email at all, please contact them directly to ask them to confirm their correct email address. You can change an applicant's email address from your dashboard. Please read this article for guidance on how to do this.
Once you've changed the applicant's email address, you'll need to resend the offer invitation email from the dashboard. You can keep resending offer invitations to applicants who haven't fully completed their offer. The button on the task card disappears as soon as the applicant has completed their offer. Follow the steps below to resend an offer invitation.
- Go to the Applications tab and select a stay
- Click on the Offer section of the join tracker
- Locate the first task card, 'Start offer', and click Resend offer invite
You'll then receive a confirmation message. You can resend the offer invitation as many times as you like.
If the applicant hasn't completed their offer after you've resent them the invitation several times, we'd recommend that you or the agent contact them directly and query if they're still interested in proceeding.
