Once you approve an offer, the holding deposit is taken automatically. You can only resend a request for the holding deposit if the initial payment attempt failed. Follow the steps below to request a holding deposit in this scenario.
- Go to the Applications tab on your dashboard and select a stay
- Click on the Offer tab
- Click 'Review' on the third task card and approve the offer. Once you've approved the offer, the holding deposit will be taken automatically and the applicant will be invited to upload their details and documents for referencing
- If the fourth task card is highlighted red, this means the payment has failed. Click 'View payment status' on the task card. You can either decline the offer or send a new payment link. Click 'Send payment link' to send the applicant an email requesting payment of the holding deposit. Applicants will only receive a link to pay once you have clicked 'Send payment link'
