How do I view the documents an applicant has submitted?

You can view an applicant's documents from your dashboard after their details and documents have been submitted for referencing. Follow the steps below to view the documents they've submitted.

1. Go to the Applications tab
2. Select a stay, filtering by property or resident
3. Click Documents in the top right-hand corner of the page. Here you can view all the documents an applicant has submitted
4. Click View or Download, or click Download all to download all the documents to your computer in one go
