You may not be able to start a new stay on a property if there's already an active term associated with that property. Follow the steps below to edit the end date for the active term, and them add a new stay.
- Go to the Properties tab and select a stay, filtering by property from the search bar
- Click on the Stays tab, then select the current stay
- Click Edit in the top right-hand corner of the page
- Change the End date for the current term and click Save changes
Once you've done this, you should be able to start a new stay for the property.
