How do I start a new offer from the dashboard?

Start a new offer from your dashboard by following the steps below.

1. Go to the Properties tab on your dashboard and search for the property using the search bar. Try using the postcode to locate a property if you're struggling to find it
   
2. Click Add a stay
   
3. Select either Add new stay or Add in situ stay, then click Next
4. Enter the resident details, stay details, and stay length
   
5. Click Finish to invite the lead resident to complete and submit their offer
   

If the property is not available, you will need to add a property by following the steps below.

1. Go to the Properties tab on your dashboard
2. Click Add a property in the top right-hand corner of the page
3. Enter the property address, property details, extra information, and any applicable landlord information
   
4. Click Finish to add the property
