Applicants automatically receive email reminders from Residently if they do not submit their offer. Reminders are sent every 24 hours for 3 days.
You can keep resending offer invitations to applicants who haven't fully completed their offer. The button on the task card disappears as soon as the applicant has completed their offer. Follow the steps below to resend an offer invitation.
- Go to the Applications tab and select a stay
- Click on the Offer section of the join tracker
- Locate the first task card, 'Start offer', and click Resend offer invite
You'll then receive a confirmation message. You can resend the offer invitation as many times as you like.
If the applicant hasn't completed their offer after you've resent them the invitation several times, we'd recommend that you or the agent contact them directly and query if they're still interested in proceeding. The applicant's details can be found on your dashboard. Please read this article for guidance on how to contact applicants.
