Follow the steps below to edit the tenancy details when generating a contract. You can either do this from the Stay summary page when generating a contract, or from the Stays tab on your dashboard.
- Click Generate and issue on the second task card under the Contracts tab, then click Generate contract. The 'Stay summary' pop-up will appear on your screen
- Click Edit next to the details you need to change
- Edit the details and click Save changes to proceed
- Once you're happy all details are correct, tick the box to confirm and click Confirm and generate. You can then preview and issue the contract with the updated details
Alternatively, you can edit the tenancy details from the Stay page by following the steps below.
- Go to the Applications tab and select a stay
- Click View stay details, then make edits from the subcategory tabs People, Terms, etc.
- Click Edit to change the details, then save the changes you make
- Once you're happy all details are correct, click on the Contracts tab on the progress tracker to generate the contract with the updated information
