The landlord's details will be presented in the applicable sections of a contract, but these details won’t be presented in the signatory section unless the landlord's name has also been entered as the signatory name.
The signatory name is the name of the person who will be countersigning the contract. This person can be the landlord or another person with power of attorney. The signatory name will be presented with the signature once the contract has been signed digitally. Follow the steps below to edit the landlord and signatory details for a contract from your dashboard.
- Go to the Applications tab and select a stay
- Click on the Contracts tab
- Once you've set up a contract, click Generate and issue on the second task card, then click Generate contract
- Click Edit on the 'Landlord/signatory' section. You can edit the landlord's name and the contract signatory's name. You can also add a second landlord by clicking Add secondary landlord. Click Save changes to proceed
