You can find the applicant ID for an application from your dashboard. Follow the steps below to find the applicant ID.
- Go to the Applications tab
- Select a stay, filtering by property or resident
- Click View stay details
- Go to the References tab, select an applicant, and click View request. At the bottom of the page, under 'Referencing results', you'll find the applicant ID for the application displayed beneath the applicant's name
