You should use the Resident Help Centre to support your customers whenever they have queries about completing the offer form, uploading and submitting information for referencing, signing contracts, making payments and moving into the property.
The link to the Resident Help Centre can be found at the bottom of all email communications sent to applicants. Your customers should use the the Resident Help Centre to self-solve their issues in the first instance.
Clara, our resident-facing chatbot, is accessible to applicants via the Resident Help Centre and from the Help widget in the bottom right-hand corner of their referencing application. Your customers can chat to Clara whenever they like to self-solve their issues quickly and easily.
