Pre-qualification thresholds are generated dynamically when a listing is created. The pre-qualification thresholds take into account the listing's price per month, number of bedrooms, maximum number of occupants, and move-in date. The thresholds are based off a default calculation, but you can edit pre-qual thresholds for individual listings from your dashboard if you wish. When an individual makes an enquiry on Rightmove, they receive an email inviting them to complete an enquiry form. They must answer questions related to move-in availability, annual household income, main income source, guarantor dependability, upfront rent payment and adverse credit history.
When an applicant submits the enquiry form, they are automatically evaluated against the pre-qualification thresholds based on the answers they provide. Only individuals who meet pre-qualification thresholds are offered a viewing slot.
