Leads are invited to submit an offer one hour after attending a viewing, which removes the step of gathering their information off-product via email or via a separate offer form.
When a lead has attended a viewing, they'll receive an automated email invitation one hour after their booked viewing time. The email presents them with the option to submit an offer if they're interested in the property and would like to proceed with an application. To submit an offer, the lead will need to fill in an offer form with their details. Once they've submitted, their offer details will be displayed on a task card under the Leads tab on your dashboard with options for you to manage the offer intent.
You can accept their offer and start an application using the details from the offer form, reject the offer and provide a reason and a message, or reject their current offer but send them another invitation to submit a new offer for the same property with a reason and accompanying message.
