The reason why the Contracts stage is incomplete even though all task cards are complete could be because there is an unissued contract associated with the join. Follow the steps below to find out whether an unissued contract could be stopping you from proceeding.
- Click on the Leasing tab and go to Applications. Select a join filtering by property, resident or portfolio
- Click View stay details on the task tracker
- Click on the Contracts tab. Here, you'll see if there are any unissued contracts

If you find an unissued contract:
a/ If it's no longer needed: click View contract, then Delete and Delete again to confirm
b/ If it's required: ensure it's fully signed as the Contracts stage won't complete until it is
- Go back to the join tracker and you should see that the Contracts stage has been marked as complete
