Follow the steps below to edit a term start and end date for a stay on your dashboard.
- Go to the Stays tab and select a stay
- Click on the Terms tab and click Edit on a term
- Edit the term start date or end date, and remember to change the details for notice periods, monthly charges, upfront charges, additional charges for utilities (if applicable) and deposits in line with the new start or end date
- Click Save changes
Once you've done this, contact the residents to let them know about the changes and ask them to refresh their application so the correct term details show. Please read this article for guidance on how to contact applicants.
