You can view and download the signed contract from your dashboard once it has been fully signed by all parties. Follow the steps below to view the signed contract from your dashboard.
- Go to the Applications tab and select a stay
- Click on the Contracts tab
- Locate the third and fourth task cards, 'Contracts signed by resident' and 'Contract countersigned', click View signatures, then click Preview if the contract hasn't been fully signed, or click View signed contract if the contract has been fully signed by all parties. Then, you can download the contract
You can also view the contract by clicking on the Documents button on the task tracker or from the Stay page > Contracts.
