Follow the steps below to request an upfront payment from your dashboard.
- Go to the Applications tab and select a Stay
- Click on the Payment tab
- Locate the first task card, 'Request upfront payment', then click Request payment to review the bank details, payment breakdown and due date before sending the upfront payment request directly to the resident. If you need to edit the upfront and security deposit amounts, please read this article for guidance on how to do this
When you send an upfront payment request, the resident will receive an email with all the payment information you have provided so that they can make their upfront payment to you.
