You can delete an issued contract from your dashboard as long as it hasn't been fully signed by all parties. Once a contract is fully signed, it cannot be deleted. As multiple contracts cannot exist for the same tenancy, you will need to generate a memorandum of change. Follow the steps in this article for how to generate a memorandum from your dashboard. Deleting a contract from your dashboard will prevent anyone from signing it. When you delete a contract, it will be archived on the system. After you've deleted a contract, a new contract can be generated and issued. Follow the steps below to delete a contract from your dashboard.
- Go to the Applications tab and select a stay
- Select the Contracts tab and click View signatures on the third or fourth task card
- Scroll down the page to the issued contract and click Delete
Once the contract has been deleted, you can follow the steps in this article to generate a new contract.
