To start a new offer as an external agent, go to your online offer form link. This will be provided by the landlord or property manager. The URL starts with "https://resident.ly/agents/...".
Once you have this link, you will need to complete all the steps below to submit an offer.
- Find the property you are submitting the offer for
- Enter the full monthly rent amount, e.g. £1,500.00
- Enter your agency name and branch
- Nominate a lead resident and enter the following details for them, ensuring you've spelt their details correctly:
First name
Last name
Email (This is the email address that will receive the link for completing the offer form. The lead resident will complete this on behalf of all the individuals applying for the property) - Select the total number of residents and legal occupiers (including those under 18) who are applying for the property
- Select the tenancy term length from the options in the drop-down menu
- Enter the move-in date (please note, this has to be at least one week from the date of offer submission)
- Enter any special conditions agreed between you, the agent, and the residents. These conditions will be visible to the landlord/property manager when they review the offer
- Click Invite tenant to complete offer to send an invitation to the lead resident so that they can complete their part of the offer
